CAN-MHI Industries Ltd - CANMHI / Third Millennium Technologies Ltd.-TMT are proud to release the launching of the new TMT's Transitional technology HYBRID Hydrogen-Diesel to be applied on any kind of Internal combustion engines on automobiles, all kind of trucks, buses, stationey machinery, power plants, mining and construction machinery , agricultural equipment, and even on any kind and size of maritime engines.
In the case of application on Diesel engines, this new Hybrid technology decreases the fuel consumption with the clean and non-pollutant mixture of self-generation of hydrogen gas with the diesel fuel, increasing the mileage efficiency in up to 30% more miles per gallon of diesel fuel powered vehicles, or 25% less gallons per hour in the case of heavy equipment, stationery power plants or maritime applications.
This new hybrid technology applied on gasoline engines decreases the fuel consumption in up to 33%, increasing the mileage performance in up to 50% more miles per gallon.
The term Transitional is applied for the above mentioned applications and other existing applications marketed until now by very respectable worldwide manufacturers, for just a limited period of years ahead.

The Ultimate application of the "Perpetual Motion Energy" - PME as we assigned, will start its industrial production in series just for 'MARK" products by January 2011, together with the MME technology below described, both are the stars of the new energy alternative technologies until now launched by anyone else, replacing in full any other kind of existing motion energy technology.
The PME is an ultra clean, non-pollutant and inexpensive application technology, which is creating a truly worldwide industrial revolution, changing the world to a new era of clean energy culture, without need of taking away all on-ground vehicles, light and heavy equipments, and even all kind of Maritime transport boats and ships, just let them have a conversion
This application is making the gradual disappearance from the actual panorama, of the internal combustion engines powered by diesel, gasoline, CNG, LPG fuels and even its hybrid applications, it will be not needed the traditional manual and automatic transmission boxes, the converters and speed controllers, ignition starters, radiators, water hoses, fuel tanks, mufflers and exhaust pipes, etc; all of them are being replaced by just one set of the new PPE - Perpetual Motion Engine, where it will be not needed to refill any kind of fuels no more.

CAN-MHI'S STATEMENT
Due also by those facts above described, CAN-MHI'S Management had decided:
1. To just build the advanced working prototypes, carefully setting up a wide range of international patent processes which can secure a complete legal backup protection.
2. Provide to all manufacturers of internal combustion engines and other main components, the chance to be licensed by CAN-MHI, allowing them to manufacture their own PME - Perpetual Motion Engines and sets, and commercialize those , according to their needs for specific heavy equipment, machineries, and/or vehicles of their existing product lines.
3. CAN-MHI will not grant to nobody the exclusive worldwide rights for production and commercialization of the PME sets, it will always promotes the free market's normal competition.
4. To set up a schedule of private individual presentations and show of working prototypes, and negotiations with each of the worldwide manufacturers of internal combustion engines, transmission boxes, etc, including the ones who only design and build engines and its components, also the industries who manufacture vehicles and equipments additionally as the supplementary design and manufacturing of their own engines, transmissions and components.
MME - MAGNETIC MOTION ENERGY:
Another great "ULTIMATE" technology to be launch, MME, MagnetiC Motion Energy, which belongs to its Inventor Dr. Anthony Valencia, PhD , through a partnership with ValEn LLC, will allow soon since this year 2010, the massive manufacturing of the magnetic engines at our facilities in Nova Scotia, Canada.

The launching of the new "MARK" ® City Buses 2011 models Product Line, in a complete range of lengths [26',30',35',40' & 62'-articulated].

* On May 5th 2010, in Houston-TX, was held a private demonstration of the two first vehicles prototypes with the TMTs PME-Perpetual Motion Energy's engineering devices installed aboard (a Freightliner truck carrier 80,000 lbs, and a Subaru Baja AWD brand pick up truck), showing the new engineering devices, which replace in full the Diesel engine and its manual transmission (truck) and the gasoline engine and its automatic transmission (pick up truck), plus the fuel tanks, the radiators, the exhaust systems. Patent pending staus. Both vehicles were successfully drove and tested in a 550 hours testing protocol.
Starting in the USA and Canada, the projected quantity of sets to be installed on existing vehicle trucks, heavy, agricultural and power plants equipment, city buses and long distance buses, during the period of January 2011 to August 2012 will be roughly around 3 million sets in USA and 200,000 sets in Canada; with an average installation cost of $ 18,000 per set, all businesses to be involved including us, are facing a business generation in USA and Canada for the first year of this technology implementation of about of 54 Billion dollars. Simultaneously, in Europe the business panorama with the implementation of the PME technology offers a business size of 33 Billion Euros, calculate for the first two years of new installations.
The primary targets for the improvement of the new Perpetual Motion Energy technology applied to the full replacement of Diesel engines, are to reduce dramatically the pollution levels caused by the carbon monoxide and derivates, and also contribute in the repositioning to work in USA, Canada and Europe, of hundreds of thousands of workers who are actually under unemployment status.
According to our calculus from January 2011 to August 2012, during the first year implementation, the replace of existing Diesel sets by the new PME sets, over dozens of thousands of Mechanic Shops across the US and Canadian territories, will demand the hiring of around 400,000 qualified workers to make these modifications; in Europe are calculated about 720,000 new positions to be generated during the first two years of PMEs implementation, plus the collateral jobs to be created also for those Parts suppliers who will manufacture the new PME systems for different types of vehicles and machineries.
In parallel, our company is planning the introduction of this new technology in other international markets.

* December 16th, 2009.- Today was officially born as a separate non-profit corporate entity, our ex-External Social Services Division of "REGINA PACIS FOUNDATION - RPF", which means "Queen of the Peace", in honor of Mother Mary, mother of Jesus, an universal man, example to follow, King of the Peace. Regina Pacis Foundation is financially backup by CANMHI Industries Ltd and all companies of the MHI group. The RPF's organizational structure is based on Three main Divisions, Social-Humanitarian Centers; The Cancer Fight Institute; and the IPS - International Peace Ships, which is the largest Social-Humanitarian Project ever implemented worldwide, projected to provide support and immediate help relief to hundreds of thousands of people in distress around the world, with medical and hospitalarian assistan-ce, through the largest private fleet of 25 Hospital Ships, to be located along 5 Civil Bases around the world.
* December 12th, 2009.- By the request of the PPBS - Plans-Programs & Budgets Unit area and with the consent of the CIO, the Boards of Directors had approved special budget to start the hiring process of up to 720 new high qualified employees, from August 1st 2010 to November 30th 2010. Such period of 120 days will include a training period according to the KYP Training Policy (Know Your Personnel). During the precedent months are expected to be completed the expansion of the first industrial bay at West Sheet Harbour [first of five 1,700' length x 650' width buildings] with a one shift monthly production capacity of up to 200 City Buses or combined with Long Distance Buses; simultaneously, by October 1st 2010 are expected to be all shipments of parts and components completed from T1 Suppliers, to attend the first production batchs of City Buses at the new expanded facilities.

* December 11th, 2009: Was approved the acquisition of a 116,000 sqf facility at the City of El Doral in Miami Dade County, Florida, USA, to be the homeplace for the Marketing and Commercial Headquarters of W*MHC - World*Mark Heavy Commercial Inc. [formerly known as Mark Heavy Commercial Ltd.], American subsidiary of CAN MHI INdustries Ltd. Mr. Alfredo de Jesus Quintero Poll, CAN MHI's Director, and W*MHC's President & COO, is heading the building renovation project as well the setting up of the new commercial structure.
* December 11th, 2009: The construction of the expansion at our Industrial facility in West Sheet Harbour [ex-Atlantic Steel Works] was approved to be initiated from August 2nd, 2010. This new implementation will initially allows CAN MHI to deliver up to 200 CBU City Buses per month [2,400 CBU's per year], additionally to the ones to be produced at the East Sheet Harbour Side. The total production in both areas will allow our compliance with the contracts supply for Peru and Mexico.
* December 9th, 2009: On this date, were incorporated to the CANMHI's current assets, several Banking instruments (in just new cut Bank Guarantees) for a total of Eu 3.5 Bi, issued by three well known Worldwide Top Prime Banks. Additionally was acquired a package of Peru Sovereign Bonds by the amount of 80 million, which were added also to the current MHIH assets. These instruments & securities will ensure a complete permanent financial backup for our Clients Financing system.
